Description
Pennsylvania Variegated stone is a layered sandstone found in the northern tier of the Southern Tier of New York and Pennsylvania. Although known for its blue hue, it can come in other colors, such as green, lilac, and browns. Pennsylvania Variegated is roughly 2″ – 3″ thick, and coverage is about 80 square feet per ton. Variegated Bluestone contains a mixture of colors that create its own unique style where ever it’s laid. The thermal surface is created by flaming, leaving a flat, consistent bubbled surface as shown to the left.
